QCkart is an Indian online store for certified refurbished and pre-owned smartphones and laptops. We started with a simple idea: a good phone should not cost a fortune, and buying a used one should not feel like a gamble.

What we do

We buy devices, inspect them, test them, wipe them and sell them with a clear condition grade, an honest price and a GST invoice. You can shop on our website or in the QCkart app, pay online or by cash on delivery, and track every step of your order.

What you get

  • Clear condition grades. Every device is graded A1, A2 or A3, so you know how it looks before you buy.
  • A quality check on every device. Each phone is tested before it ships.
  • A warranty on refurbished devices. The warranty period is shown on each product page.
  • Replacement if it is not as described. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.
  • A GST invoice with every order. Download it from the order in the app.
  • Pay the way you like. UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery with a small advance.

How a device reaches you

  • Sourcing. We buy devices from trusted sources and check that they are not reported lost or stolen where this can be checked.
  • Inspection. Technicians check the body, screen, buttons, cameras, speakers, microphone, charging, battery and network.
  • Data wipe. All previous data and accounts are removed and the device is reset.
  • Grading. The device gets a condition grade and is listed with its price.
  • Packing and dispatch. Orders are packed securely and shipped with tracking.

Condition grades

  • A1 (Superb): looks almost new. Hardly any visible marks.
  • A2 (Very good): light signs of use, such as fine scratches on the body.
  • A3 (Good value): visible cosmetic wear. Works fully, priced lower.

Every grade is fully functional. The grade describes only how the device looks.
