Delete your account

You can delete your QCkart account at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

• Open the app and go to Account > Account settings
• Tap Delete account
• Type DELETE to confirm

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

By email

Send a request to qckart.care@gmail.com from your registered email address, or mention your registered phone number. We confirm and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, phone number and email
• Saved addresses, cart and wishlist
• Your device's notification token, so you stop receiving notifications

What is kept

• Orders and GST invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, with your contact details removed where possible.
• Reviews you posted stay on the product page without your account details. Ask us if you want them removed too.

Before you delete

• Open orders still in progress are delivered as normal.
• Warranty claims need your order number or GST invoice. Download your invoices from the app first.
